1. Subscription Refunds

Creators on 9geezy have the ability to set up paid subscriptions for their channels or content. Please note the following refund terms for these subscriptions:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Once a subscription payment has been processed, you will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of whether or not you continue to use the subscription service.

  • Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future recurring payments, but the current subscription period will remain active until its expiration date. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of the subscription.

2. Paid Video Refunds

Content creators may offer videos for pay-per-view (PPV). The following terms apply to refunds for paid videos:

  • Non-Refundable Payments: Once payment has been made to access a paid video, no refunds will be issued. Users are responsible for reviewing the video’s description and details before making the purchase.

  • Technical Issues: In cases where a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased video, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue occurring to request a refund.

3. Advertising Refunds

If you have purchased advertising services on 9geezy, the following terms apply:

  • Ad Campaign Payments: Payments made for advertising services on 9geezy are non-refundable once the ad campaign has been activated.

  • Campaign Adjustments: If you experience issues with your ad campaign (such as incorrect ad display or targeting errors), please contact us. While refunds will not be issued, we will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your campaign runs as intended.

  • Campaign Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an ad campaign before it begins, you may request a cancellation and refund by contacting us. However, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start date of the campaign.

4. Disputed Charges

If you believe that a payment was made in error or that you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team at support@9geezy.com within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, your account may be subject to suspension or termination. To resolve any billing issues, we encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.
