President Tinubu Launches CNG Buses In Abuja

President Bola Tinubu has inaugurated Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) powered buses donated by the depot and petroleum products marketers’ association of Nigeria.
He said the initiative is aimed at reducing the cost of public transportation in the country and to support efforts in enhancing energy competitiveness.
The president performed the ceremony shortly after a meeting of the Federal Executive Council at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The CNG buses in the first batch were produced locally by Innoson Motors.
