Ben underwood is one of the kids with super powers. When he suffered retinal cancer at the age of three, Ben became blind. What is incredible is that he is able to see without his eyes. This kid with super powers caught on camera doesn’t look like a hero. Ivan has a strong magnetic film that attracts several metal objects. His parents say that Ivans strength allows him to carry almost 50pounds of metal on his magnetic body and that the magnetic waves on his body have healing properties. Awesome right!

This is probably our video for the day! Emma tablate is a pretty three year old girl from Philippines dubbed the ‘fire starter’. She can set things on fire by the power of her mind. Emma was living a normal childhood life until people started associating her with fire outbreaks wherever she went. When the police once cordoned their home to investigate the matter Emma said that something will burn in the house and it did. We should just call her the pyro kinesis girl or what’s your thought?

The Anunnaki are a group of ancient Mesopotamian deities who played a significant role in the mythology and religion of the ancient Near East. Numerous cultures throughout the world have an extensive history of creation myths. The Mesopotamian artefacts from the third millennium B.C. to the end of the first millennium B.C. indicate that while many of the gods were associated with natural forces, no myth particularly addressed the origins of the universe. Simply simply, it was thought that gods existed prior to the world's formation. Almost none of the Sumerian literature from the third millennium B.C. has survived. Several fragmentary tablets contain references to a time before the birth of the gods, when only the Earth (Sumerian: ki) and Heavens (Sumerian: an) existed. Even though there was no moonlight or sunlight, the land was still green and there was water beneath the surface, despite the absence of any vegetation. First-millennium B.C. Sumerian poetry gives further information.

A legendary prologue opens the Sumerian story "Gilgamesh and the Underworld." It assumes that the universe and gods have always been and that the heavens and earth were once linked before becoming divided. After the creation of humans, the great gods divided the responsibility of preserving and exercising control over the heavens, the earth, and the underworld.

The Song of the Hoe, an early second-millennium Sumerian poem, portrays the origins of humanity. In this myth, as well as in numerous other Sumerian stories, Enlil is represented as the entity who divides the heavens from the earth and creates humanity. In Mesopotamian literature, the development of humanity to serve the gods is a constant theme.

According to the Sumerian poem "The Debate between Grain and Sheep," the earth at first appeared to be empty of grain, sheep, and goats. People were naked. They drank from ditches and ate grass for sustenance. Later, the gods created grain and sheep as food for humanity. According to "The Debate Between Bird and Fish," water for human use did not exist before Enki, the god of knowledge, created the Tigris and Euphrates and enabled water to flow into them from the mountains. He also created sheepfolds, marshes, and reedbeds, along with minor streams and rivers, and filled them with fish and fauna. He founded a monarchy, constructed cities, and ruled over other nations. In "The Debate over Winter and Summer," an unknown Sumerian author asserts that Enlil's copulation with the earth's hills is responsible for summer and winter, abundance, spring floods, and fertility.

Enki and the Universe Order, a second Sumerian story from the early second century, explains why the world appears to be organised. Enki concluded that maintaining order in the world was necessary to prevent anarchy. As a result, several gods were assigned managerial responsibilities, such as overseeing the heavens and earth, the acts of women, the waterways, the crops, the building operations, the management of wildlife, and the care of domestic animals.

According to the Sumerian fable "Enki and Ninmah," the lesser gods grumbled to Namma, the primal mother, about their difficult task of constructing the earth. She then roused her son Enki, the god of wisdom, and instructed him to create a replacement so the gods would not have to work. Namma then made the first humans after mixing clay and placing it in her stomach.

Like their Sumerian contemporaries, Babylonian poets had no explanation for the origin of the world. Among the other types of texts were numerous creation-related tales. Enlil, the former leader of the pantheon, was replaced by Marduk in the Babylonian creation story Enuma Elish, which provides a theological rationale for Marduk's elevation to supreme god. The poem was presumably composed during or just during the reign of Nebuchadnezzar I, which spanned the late twelfth century B.C. Babylon attained political and cultural independence at this time, following several years of foreign Kassite dynasty dominance. The poem hails the achievement of the city and serves as a political tract describing how Babylon displaced Nippur as the venue of religious ceremonies.

A finales del siglo XIX, el mito de los anunnakis comenzó a florecer. Las expediciones arqueológicas en Iraq de 1872 derivaron en el descubrimiento del palacio de Asurbanipal, unas ruinas perdidas en cuyo interior se hallaron miles de tablillas de escritura cuneiforme pertenecientes a la civilización sumeria, la más antigua civilización humana.

El desciframiento de los grabados realizado por el asiriólogo inglés George Smith dio voz a un pueblo que alrededor del año 3500 a.C. se asentó al sur de Mesopotamia para empezar a escribir una nueva era de la humanidad. Y una de las grandes revelaciones fue el culto a unas deidades. Unos dioses del panteón sumerio descritos como unos entes que descendieron de los cielos para determinar el destino de la humanidad. Los "hijos del cielo y de la tierra". Los anunnaki.

Y el que parecía ser un hallazgo relevante solo dentro de la comunidad arqueológica terminó por convertirse en un fenómeno mediático y cultural cuando mucho tiempo después, en la década de los 50, un hombre llamado Zecharia Sitchin, alegando haber traducido tablillas sumerias perdidas, presentó el mito de los dioses astronautas. Afirmando que los anunnaki fueron visitantes de otro mundo, un paraje llamado Nibiru, que llegaron a la Tierra para crear a los seres humanos y decidir nuestro porvenir. Se acababa de poner la semilla de un relato que pretendía reescribir todo cuanto creíamos conocer sobre nuestros orígenes.

The name Yahweh has had a big effect on our shared history, shaping societies, influencing customs, and guiding the story of humanity.

Looking closely at Yahweh is more than just studying. It's like going on a trip into the heart of our culture, trying to understand our shared past. But what does this mean for our understanding of divinity? What mysteries might we uncover about our origins?

This trip takes us back to where civilization first started, in the ancient Near East. Could this be where the name Yahweh first emerged? Here, we start to dig into a fascinating and complex story.

Interestingly, this trip to the Near East brings us face-to-face with the Anunnaki, who were gods in ancient Mesopotamian myths. And as you might know, not only. These gods played a big role in stories about the world's creation and were worshipped by the Sumerians, Akkadians, Assyrians, and Babylonians. But could there be a link between these ancient gods and Yahweh? Is it possible that Yahweh grew out of, or even came from, these Anunnaki?

Finding these answers lets us uncover a hidden layer of ancient stories, changing how we understand the beginning of humans. There's an even older story hidden in the Genesis text that has been kept out of public view for hundreds of years because of translation mistakes and the rules of the Church. But what is this ancient tale trying to tell us? By the end of this journey, we hope to answer the big question: Who is Yahweh, the god in the Bible? And what implications does this have for our understanding of religion and spirituality?

Our oldest reference to Yahweh is found on the Moabite Stone, or the Mesha Stele, erected by King Mesha of Moab around 840 BCE, celebrating his victory over Israel. The stele recounts a story similar to that found in 2 Kings 3, albeit with one crucial difference: the stele proclaims a Moab victory, while the Bible claims victory for Israel. Interestingly, the reference to Yahweh reinforced the belief that he was exclusively an Israelite deity, as Mesha brags about seizing objects associated with Yahweh and presenting them to his own god, Kemosh.

Fast forward to 1844 when archaeologist Karl Richard Lepsius excavated the ruins of the ancient city of Soleb in Nubia. Extensive excavations wouldn't take place until 1957, led by archaeologist Michela Schiff Giorgini. They found a reference to a group known as the "Shasu of Yahweh" inscribed at the base of one of the temple's columns. This reference to Yahweh, connected to the Shasu, suggested that this god had been worshipped by another group long before the biblical narratives are thought to have occurred.

The Egyptians described the Shasu as Semitic nomads, often viewed as outlaws. While attempts were made to connect them with the Hebrews, these claims were rebutted. The reference to the Shasu of Yahweh not only pushes the origins of this deity further back than previously thought but also insinuates that Yahweh might not have been Canaanite in origin. But if not, then what’s the origin of the first Yahweh?
