A woman in the Houston area says when she saw a surveillance photo of a man with a gun leaving Muna Pandey’s apartment last month, she immediately recognized him from a “sugar daddy” website as Bobby Shah. Houston police arrested Shah within days of Pandey's execution-style killing, charging him with capital murder.
